Poor customer services

I wanted to check why my account balance was not decreasing while i was paying not taking anything went there twice first time the staff laughed at me , then second time they gave me attitude , they where rude even their manager is worsed cannot handle customer complains Treatment we get from moruleng mall jet is the worsed, hire people who are welling to do their job
